Hope your weekend is off to a great start! Is there anything better than opening your fridge and seeing it stacked with delicious meals you already made? No guessing what’s for lunch. No last-minute takeout. Just grab, heat (or not), and eat.
Meal prep seriously makes the week feel so much easier. You save time, eat better, and don’t have to stress every time you get hungry. You can set aside 60 - 90 minutes on the weekend and have so many options to enjoy throughout the week!
This week I'm sharing a NEW recipe for a savory breakfast Frittata that is loaded with protein (almost 40 grams per bowl!). Of course, I am also giving you a peak of the other recipes I prepped in my kitchen. These are great for school or work lunches (and dinner too), and a fun treat.
